I am a CPTD-certified Talent Development Leader, ATD Master Trainer, and FISH! Philosophy Trainer, holding certificates in Creating Leadership Development Programs (ATD) and Leadership Training for Managers (Dale Carnegie). My work spans multiple brands and countries, where I’ve designed and scaled leadership pipelines, embedded strong workplace cultures, and delivered learning experiences that directly support business goals.
